Door supervision London. Door Supervision is the service provided by a qualified and licensed individual (or a team of licensed individuals) by the British Security Industry Authority – the SIA.
A licensed door supervisor can cover the security requirements for:
- Pubs, Bars, Restaurants & Nightclubs
- Retail stores
- Private Members Clubs
The main duty of a Door Supervisor is the safety and security of staff and customers, ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to. The Door Supervisor is there to maintain order by controlling the flow of people coming in and out, checking the suitability of people coming in by carrying out ID checks and body searches, refusing entry to intoxicated persons and dealing with any conflicts that may arise.
SPARTAN is much more than a standard security organisation. A quick look at our testimonials and client base shows that we provide premium services that go beyond client expectations.
By assigning your Door Supervision requirements to us, we will design a series of documents as part of our quality management system (QMS), such as venue security survey, risk assessment, and venue’s assignment instructions. You will then be provided with a bespoke service of uniquely qualified and experienced Door Supervisors.
Our males and females licensed Door Supervisors are fully compliant with the code of practise BS7858:2019 of the British Standards Institution and available 24/7.
According to your preferences, we’ll choose the dress code of our Door Supervisors whilst operating on your premises. They can also be supplied by HD body-worn cameras and radio communications.
SPARTAN currently provides Door Supervisors to a number of city-centre licensed venues in London, Birmingham and Leeds, and we are in the process of expanding our client portfolio.
